I'm OK!!!

I was not feeling well on sunday, which ended up changing the X'mas Party organizer to yiching... Haha. The following was what i heard from yiching... not too bad!!
Although I did mention part of my plans to her, the party turned out more to be a gathering than a party. The guys ended up playing majong...wth!!! Hey, on which part of earth does ppl play majong during party???!! I was quite surprised by the turn out rate and those who actually brought a gift and turn up according to the theme colours. The theme colours was to split the ppl into diff groups according to the colour of the clothes they wear. They will play the games in groups sending representatives. If the representatives lose, the group will then slug it out among themselves with the ultimate loser performing a forfeit. Haha... sounds fun rite?
Anyway none of these happen since i wasn't around. I was suppose to be the one organizing the games le. Sry guys, if i caused the party to turn abit sour!

Lastly i really appreciate the ppl who turned up, even for a short while! Tanks for making the party possible! Sry for messing up the party a little bit... haha.

Bad Bad Christmas

Swollow ur pride

I failed my bm. I was so disappointed with myself. The test was quite simple and I failed at the idiot proof event. What a day. I guess its totally my fault and only have myself to blame for it. Who cares if ure victim is a lousy victim...ure suppose to save all kinda ppl who are drowning isnt it? I should have just repeat the same method of towing my victim...instead of trying to adopt the examiner's method which just ended up screwing the extra chance he gave me. I'm such an idiot.
Can u imagine only I failed the pool events...y??? Cos its bloody idiot proof... At that moment, I admit that I'm one.
Can u imagine after the pool events I still have a CPR test which determines the overall failure for the bm test. I just sat there dejected and everybody trying to console me. Anyway, even if i passed CPR i still gonna retake my water event again... It was then when Magarette told me something... This is the time to swollow ur pride... Now i tink of it, men have to swollow their pride sometimes... and now its my time.

I've told myself I cannot afford to fail this test. My schedule is jam packed when sch term starts. Now I dunno what to do. I dunno when my next test date is...hopefully it dun clash with my swim teaching assessment. I have to go for practices on sat nites and it clashes with my attachments... Great...

Many ppl say that such tests are largely determined by ur examiner, be it driving test or boat test...etc. But if we're fully prepared, even if the most tekan examiner couldnt fail u. Its the same as school. Blame the papers for being too tough... but y can some ppl ace them but u couldnt? Does the paper has any prb? Or are u the problem?

I couldnt sleep this nite. The scenes flashing. I kept tinking about the idiotic me at that point of time. I promise i wouldnt let it happen again. For now I have to swollow my pride.

Where are you, Happiness?

The ultimate goal in life is to stay happy. The toughest part is to determine this happiness. Does having your dream car makes u happy? Having ur dream car does stir ur emotions to a higher level. However, do u notice that u have one more thing to protect now? Will u still feel happy if ur dream car is scratched? Does the joy of driving a dream car outweighs the anxiety for the possible damages to ur car on the road? Does the joy of people admiring ur dream car overcomes the anger of getting ur car scratched? I feel that so many people around us are blinded by such happiness. Am i one of them? Mayb i am. There are so many questions that i wanted to ask.

There are many types of happiness around. Love, lust, satisfaction... Which of them truly grant us the happiness we seek? Or does all of them matter? We feel happy when we have a family, thats love. Can we sustain this happiness without obtaining any material needs? i doubt so. A basic home and a car. Happiness? Mayb for a short while. Human are like monkeys. When u give them peanuts, they want bananas. When u give them bananas, they want goreng pisang. The next thing u knew, u are the monkey. We want more each time. A 3 room flat to a 5 room to a condo to landed property... A corolla to a camry to a lexus to merces s class to a lumbor.... Our lust for materials is like a bottomless pit, gorging our happiness away. How can we ever feel happy this way?

A beggar can be happy. A millionare may be feeling empty. Take a look at the old folks around us. at their age, does it matter if they are drving merces? All they wish for is to see their children and granchildren growing up heathily and relishing the later part of their life with their family.

Happiness differ according to people. We have to determine this happiness in our lives. Balancing the needs for life and family constitutes to the major part of happiness. Are we pursuing ur material needs for the right purpose? Are we doing it for our love ones? Or just purely for oneself satisfaction?

Spend more time enjoying and immersing in the happiness of ur family. I feel that a joy of family outweighs any sorrows in this long journey of life. A simple smile from ur children might drive all ur tireness away. A simple kiss from ur wife might warm ur heart of emptiness.

We can never stay happy in our entire life. Do you wan to stay 80% of ur life smiling? or 80% in anxiety? Its all up to you. Monetary is just another tool in our life. It can buy happiness. But how long can it last?

Share ur joy around! Make the world a better place to live in!

There's a feedback session for the APS swim teacher phase one programme. Its at Farrer Park. Only 5 of us turned up for the session. That's like half of the total numbers. Wendy (I think we're suppose to call her aunty wendy) conducted the session and there's food and beverages for us! haha. Wendy is such a friendly and fun person to hang around with. U gotta neet her to know what i mean. Btw all the ppl that i met at APS are nice! My phase 2 programme starts around mid dec and the schedule is pretty rough. I have to juggle both my studies and APS and its going to be xiong man. I got classes on sat mornings, lifesaving on sun mornings(i take it as there is) and attachements on both sat and sun. It all adds up to no wk ends! haha. NICE!! Wonder if my studies gonna flop? But i'm not going to let it happen! TW gogogo!!

Today im a good boy...which means i stayed at home. My entertainment...Final Fantasy 12! The rpg that i've hoped for! The battle system is really great! Its sorta like a action battle system. The whole map is a battle ground. COOL! Just set the gamits(instructions) and off u go! If characters are strong enough, just push the analog and c ur characters whipping the enimies as! The whole battle system is a breakthrough in the FF series. Mayb they focus too much on the battle system and neglected the story. The storyplot is not enchanting like the previous series (FF7 FF8 FF10). Since im only halfway through. Hope that the story will have a big twist!

I'm off to FF12! Goin out later!
